Return & Replacement Policy
At Oviram Organic, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering our products. Since we deal in consumable goods (Pure Desi Ghee), we do not offer returns or refunds once the product is delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
We only provide a replacement in case:
- The product is damaged during transit, or
- You receive the wrong item
Mandatory Proof Requirement
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Record a clear unboxing video from start to finish (without cuts)
- Ensure the video clearly shows:
- Sealed package before opening
- Opening process
- Visible damage / issue
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, claims will not be accepted under any circumstances.
How to Request a Replacement

Timeframe
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- After verification, we will process a replacement within 5–7 business days
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept replacements for:
- Opened or used products without valid proof
- Taste preference issues
- Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds
- Only product replacement is applicable (if approved)
